It is okay if you do not feel like being productive for a day or so or if you feel too tired. We are not robots, meaning that we are never meant to function 24/7. In order to produce the best results, rest is one of the main keys to it, not just continuous hardwork and effort. Without rest, that continous hardwork and effort will soon die down due to running low on energy, leading to productions of low quality results. Always remember, rest produces energy.
