What Are Burnouts?
Burnouts are feelings of being a failure, defeated, drained, depressed, tired, angry, and many more negative feelings. More specifically, people experience burnouts when they cannot seem to put any effort in works or daily activities like they use to no matter how much they try. Burnouts are caused from doing extreme amount of work with little to no break in a long period of time, leading to a long period of time of being unhealthy physically and mentally.
